Founded by Patrick T.A. Wong in 2006, Tenacity is a Hong Kong-based, privately-owned investment and asset management company. Tenacity has an established track record of leading investments for its partners.
Tenacity’s strategy is to unearth and create value for its businesses and projects irrespective of market conditions.
Tenacity’s team of executives have extensive investment and operational experience in North America, United Kingdom and Asia-Pacific regions. Tenacity’s broad base of strategic commercial relationships and highly experienced professionals allow it to add value to its businesses and investments.

For over 15 years, Tenacity and its partners have invested into a wide variety of investment types, including private equity funds, private equity direct investments, and public debt and equity securities. In addition, Tenacity has an established track record in real estate development and asset management. Its investment and project development teams have completed transactions in a number of commercial real estate projects.

Patrick T. A. Wong
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Parick T.A. Wong is the Founder and CEO of Tenacity International Group Limited. He is a director of Wing Tak (Shipping) Holdings Limited, New Asian Travel and Marine Services Limited, and Richmond Park Global Limited; New Asian is a long term joint venture between Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd and Wing Tak (Shipping) Holdings Limited.

Patrick is a seasoned investment and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets, real estate, and commercial maritime services industry. Prior to founding Tenacity, he was a Portfolio Manager at Trust Company of the West, responsible for growth-oriented equity portfolios. Prior to TCW, Patrick worked at Merrill Lynch in New York, and Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. Patrick is a Hong Kong Chapter Member of the Young Presidents' Gold Organization.​
Patrick is a member of the Hong Kong-Europe Business Council under the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), which promotes trade, investment and economic cooperation between the business communities of Hong Kong and Europe. He has been admitted to the Freedom of the City of London, Freemen of The Worshipful Company of World Traders (Livery company in The City of London), and is a founding member of The EC Partnership, a Business Improvement District (BID) in The City of London, UK. Patrick is a member of the Board of Trustees for Harrow School Development Trust United Kingdom, and also a Trustee for Asia House, an Independent think tank that enables economic engagement between Asia, The Middle East and Europe.

Patrick graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in Massachusetts with a BA in Business Management, and also MBA / MS Accounting from Northeastern University, USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States.

Adolf Lee
Chief Financial Officer
Adolf Lee is Chief Financial Officer for the Tenacity Group, and has over 25 years' experience in the areas of audit, banking, finance and corporate management. He also has extensive real estate leasing and asset management operations experience.
​
Prior to Tenacity, Adolf acted as Executive Director and General Manager of China Resources Enterprise Ltd., and Group Financial Controller of New Zhong Yuan Group. Adolf is a qualified accountant and a member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.

KK Wong
Executive Director
KK Wong is an Executive Director of the Tenacity Group, and has over 30 years of financing and banking experience. KK was formerly the General Manager of Seng Heng Development, Hong Kong and Seng Heng Bank, Macau.
​
During his tenure at Seng Heng, KK was responsible for leading the group's capital investments projects, in addition to running the group's overall lending, credit and operational functions. Prior to Seng Heng, KK served as the Deputy General Manager and Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking at Credit Agricole Indosuez, Hong Kong and as Deputy Head of China at BNP.

Darrel Toong
Senior Vice President
Darrel Toong is a Senior Vice President of the Tenacity Group, with over 15 years of Corporate Finance and investing experience in the US, Asia and UK. Over his career, he has been involved in the execution of over US$65bn in M&A transactions across multiple sectors.

Darrel has extensive transaction execution experience investing into private equity and real estate direct investments, as well as fund investing. Prior to joining Tenacity, Darrel was a Vice President in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking at Citigroup, based in New York and Hong Kong.

Anthony Lo
Project Manager
Anthony Lo is a Project Manager with the Tenacity Group, with over 15 years extensive project management experience for development, redevelopment and renovation projects in Hong Kong and Macau. He has a long track record of leading outsourced development teams including architects, QS consultants, E&M consultants and structural engineers to ensure compliance with government restrictions and approvals while achieving design and construction deliverable targets.
